Girls Gymnastics Team
The DIDION ATHLETICS Twisters Girls Gymnastics Team is a fierce, highly respected team with a proven track record of success. Our athletes have earned 26 Arkansas All-Around State Championships, 6 Regional Championship titles, and 12 nationally recognized gymnasts since 2018. We proudly offer both Xcel and Development Program tracks, making DIDION ATHLETICS the only facility in the River Valley to provide multiple competitive pathways to long-term success—including collegiate-level gymnastics opportunities.
With more than two decades of coaching experience, the Twisters coaching staff is widely recognized as one of the strongest teams in the state. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to athlete development have produced consistent results and confident competitors.
Beyond competition, team gymnastics develops total-body strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Athletes gain physical confidence and body awareness that supports lifelong fitness and injury prevention. Our Pre-Team program serves as the foundation for athletes preparing to join the Twisters program. Athletes interested in joining our girls’ gymnastics team in Van Buren, AR, are encouraged to begin their journey through Pre-Team training.

Our boys’ gymnastics team focuses heavily on progressive strength development and technical mastery. Skills are introduced gradually and built step-by-step, ensuring athletes develop strong fundamentals, confidence, and long-term success. The Boys Competitive Team begins with Pre-Team training and progresses through Level 10, with each level requiring specific skills and routines to qualify for competition. This structured progression helps athletes build discipline, patience, and the strength required for advanced gymnastics skills.
